This is a lovely mid-century plate designed by Burleigh Ware.
It dates to the 1950s and features an abstract atomic design. The plate has an amorphic shape with two glossy red inclusions to the rim.
The center of the plate is decorated with two sets of wavy lines in black and red - with two cute little stars. The plate has a cream eggshell finish to the glaze.
In excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. A lovely display piece for a modernist mid-century interior.
Dimensions: width 11 1/2 inches by 7 inches. A shallow bowl shape with a depth of about 2 inches.
These 50s designs are now highly sought after and now getting harder to find in such lovely vintage condition.
