This is a very substantial piece of German Art Glass.
It takes the form of a shallow bowl or charger.
The glass making up the dish is very thick with undulating forms on the base - which form an amorphic foot shape.
It is unsigned (as you usually find) and most probably a nice early art piece made by Karl Wiedmann.
Looks great as a centre-piece on a coffee table in a 1930s interior.
The diameter is 10 ¾ inches and the height is 3 inches
Sadly, due to its weight (it is certainly a chunky piece) - postage would sadly be restricted to UK posting only.
