This is a mid-century novelty French made liqueur bottle. It was made by Lucas Bols and originally contained Triple Sec Liqueur. The liquid is no longer present in the bottle - but apart from that - the vintage bottle is in very good condition. This one dates to the end of the 1950s / early 1960s.
The bottle has a little sealed glass dome inside the outer bottle. Inside the dome section is a little figure of a teeny weeny ballerina wearing a white ballet dress. There is a little musical movement outside the bottle on the base - you turn the key of the movement and the little dancer will start to turn around and around - her wee feet wiggle about.
The bottle plays an appriopriate tune - The Blue Danube.
My bottle is in good condition - it has no chips or crackes, the paper label around the base is intact - and the stopper is vintage. There is no staining or nasty residues in the interior. The bottle is a nice large one being 9 1/2 inches in height.
It will be sent to you with Royal Mail Tracked postage. This will be applied to your order at the checkout.
