These are probably items for the specialist collector of early Poole pottery.
These are quite early pieces which date to the 1920s and are stamped to the base: CARTER, STABLER, ADAMS.
On offer here are THE TWO as shown in my photographs.
They are one piece footed bowls - I think that these might have been originally designed as grapefruit bowls - but today would be fine to use as little bon-bon dishes or serving bowls - or just for your Poole display.
They have nice pastel coloured eggshell glazes to the interior of each bowl and little stripes around the rim and foot.
On the side of each bowl, there is little hand painted flowers.
The diameter of each bowl is about 5 inches.
Both are in good vintage / antique condition with no damages.
These little 1920s bowls are now quite hard to find - and my asking price for this pair is a fair one.
