This is a PAIR of 1930s Art Deco Lidded Twin-Handled bowls with saucers and matching side plates. I have four in stock but an listing each pair separately, I have added a couple of images to this listing showing what the group of four would look like all together.
They are a very attractive pattern with silhouettes of trees and foliage - with little orange, blue and yellow flowers - and a big orange full moon. I love the open triangular shaped handles - the handles and rim as edge with a gold colour. The decoration is delicate - so you wouldn't be able to put these into a dishwasher and should be hand-washed. All pieces are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
They are made by Royal Cauldron and the pattern is called Clare de Lune. They have the backstamp used by Royal Cauldron from 1930.
Dimensions: The lidded cup measures Height from base to top of the lid knop is 4 1/2 inches. The diameter of the cup rim is 4 1/4 inches. Diameter of the foot 2 1/4 inches. Handle to Handle is 6 inches,
The saucers is 6 1/2 inches diameter. The side plate is 6 3/4 inches.
All in good condition with no chips or cracks, all the paintwork intact with gold gilding mostly unrubbed. A very nice set.
The pair will be sent to you with Royal Mail Tracked (Small Parcel). This will be applied to your order at the checkout.
