This is a very attractive paperweight by Scottish glass maestro, Paul Ysart.
It was made when he was working for Harland Glass Studios, and as such is signed below with an H cane.
A really special weight and of course in excellent condition with no damages.
The weight has an attractive base of a pale grainy golden shade.
I love the sweet little pink and dark rose coloured fish in the centre of the weight.
Around the edge of the weight are a total of 8 controlled bubbles.
I hope that my photographs do this lovely paperweight justice (it certainly looks much better in "real life" than in my images).
It is in lovely condition with no chips or damages. Any white lights on my photographs are reflections from the glass and not on the weight. There are a couple of very minor age related scratches on the base which are commensurate with age and being moved.
Ysart paperweights are very sought after, so my asking price for this one is a very fair one.
Dimensions: diameter is just under 2 3/4 inches and the height is about 2 1/4 inches.

Lovely piece, especially in daylight.
