This is a nice decorative antique figurine. This one represents Prince Albert, Consort of Queen Victoria.
It is not a reproduction - but a genuine antique Staffordshire pastille It is in excellent condition with some natural crazing and discolouration evident on the base. This is to be expected on an old piece - and he looks just fabulous on display.
There are holes in the back where you would put little pastille incense tablets or cones.
Prince Albert measures 7 1/2 inches in height. He is a much rarer model - and this is reflected in my asking price.
