This is a decorative figurine by the Reni Palmier.
It is a lovely cast bronze Jugendstil / Art Nouveau dancing or exercising nude lady car mascot mounted for display on a black slate plinth.
It dates to the 1910s.
Signed on base of the sculpture: Reni Palmier.
The figurine was probably intended as a decorative car mascot - other examples, that exist, have the addition of hoops and marching batons, some use the same female model prototype but with writhing snakes entwined along the whole length of her arms.
My bronze is in excellent condition with no damages.
