This is an adorable little Royal Worcester figurine.
He is a harder-to-find little model from the Children of Nations Series (3068).
There is a black back stamp below - dating this piece to around the 1950s.
He wears an exotic pale blue Sarong - and stands on a pale green plinth.
Designed by Freda Doughty - he has all the charm of her designs.
Very sweet diminutive model - measuring only 12 cm in height.
Of course, in completely damage-free condition.
