This is a very charming little figurine which was originally released as one of the series of Months of the Year. This series was modelled by Freda Doughty for Royal Worcester.

This cute composition was originally entitled September.

This is a later variant - entitled Snowy; and a rarer issue in that the boy is wearing red shoes.

It shows a little boy child dressed with white sun hat with flaming licks of auburn hair popping out from under the brim. He has brown shorts and matching tie - and glorious little scarlet sandals. He plays with a beautiful white cat, called Snowy.

It has a black Worcester mark to the base - which dates this to around the 1950s.

It is of course in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restorations.

The little figurine measures about 4 1/2 inches in height.
