This is certainly a very fine vintage Scottish paperweight to add to your collection.

It was made by the glass maestro at Caithness Glass, Margot Thomson

This one is called Eurythmic and is CT-1002.

It is number 77 from a limited edition of just 750 pieces (closed at 488).

It has the etched edition number and title on the base.

This lovely weight has a crystal clear main body colour with a base tone of mottled sandy textured rose pink and a clear sweep of aqua green. From the rose base rise four space-age air bubbles - they have little stems at the base of each bubble which attaches them to the ground area. In the centre are twisting pale blue flumes.

I just love this weight - it is certainly a bit of a stunner and must have taken great skill to have made it.

It is of course in excellent vintage condition with no damages - and measures 3 inches in height, so a nice larger sized weight.
