This is a collectable vintage Scottish art glass vase dating to the 1960s.
It was made by Strathearn Glass and has the leaping salmon mark on the pontil mark on the base, as photographed.
It is a tall barrel shaped vase. It is 8 inches in height and with a diameter of 4 3/4 inches at the widest. The diameter of the rim is 3 1/2 inches. The base is also 3 1/2 inches.
It is an attractive sugar pink colour with a speckled violet-grey darker sprinkles to the rim. It has random tutti frutti swirls to the middle section. It has no aventurine inclusions - but it is pretty enough without them
It is in excellent condition with no damages (any white flashes are not on the vase - but just caused by reflections when taking my photographs).
A very fair price for a larger piece of Strathearn glass. It will be sent to you with Royal Mail (Medium Parcel) Recorded Postage. This will be applied to your order at the checkout.
