This is a fine fountain design paperweight designed by Paul Ysasrt - and marked on the base with a Harland-era "H" cane.
It is a lovely dome-shaped weight - one of two similar Harland ones that I have in my store.
This one has a nice burnt orange / dark tangerine floating ground - and the fountain detail has six "petals" or flumes that have magenta edges and dusty pink and pale ochre centers. There are bubbles on each flume near the bottom - and there is a big clear bubble in the middle.
Dimensions: the height is 3 1/4 inches and 2 1/2 inches in diameter.

My two Harland weights are in excellent condition and have no damage of any kind.
