This is a very attractive set of six little glass plates - each has been hand blown with a large polished pontil mark on each plate, as photographed.
Although none are signed etc (as expected) - on stylistic grounds these are being attributed as being made by John Walsh (Birmingham) in the late 1890s.
The diameter of each plate is 6 1/4 inches.
Each plate has a frilled or crimped edge - with a pale blue opalescent ring in the centre and fine ribbed pale lemon contours running around the rim.
All are in perfect condition with no damages.
Very fair asking price for these rare wee plates - priced at just over £35 per plate.
SADLY, WOULD HAVE TO POST THESE TO UK ADDRESSES ONLY.
