I love these antique Arts and Crafts Candlesticks.

They are being sold as a matching pair and date to around the 1890s. They look like they may have been inspired by the metalwork designs of Christoper Dresser.

They are made of solid brass with a decorative layer of copper (original to the candlesticks). They have a very fine patina. The candlesticks have tripod legs with little pad feet. They are very stable. They have a cauldron shaped scone section - with an insert for the candle with wide drip tray. This section is removable for cleaning - as photographed.

Both as in excellent antique condition. I have been unable to ascertain who the manufacturer is as they are unmarked. The scone has an impressed mark: Protected.

They are beautifully made with great attention to detail. They are quality antiques.

Dimensions: The height of each candlestick is 7 inches (18 cm). The diameter of the drip tray is just under 2 1/2 inches (6 cm).  The diameter of the aperture for inserting a candle is 3/4 inch (2 cm).

They will be sent to you in the UK with Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery post. This will cost £10 and be applied to your order at the checkout.
