This is a very pretty vintage paperweight - dating to the 1980s and it looks very similar to lustre weights decorated with hearts and sweeping tendrils that were made by the Okra Glass / Vandermark Studios / by Charles Lotton etc.
It is not signed Vanderkmark - but does have an etched word: as photographed. RAJAH. This is on the lower edge of the paperweight.
It is a nice large size measuring just under 2 1/4 inches in height and just under 3 inches in diameter.
As you can see from my photographs - it is a very attractive weight with its blue "peacock feather" silvered lustres and lots of little red hearts and jugendstil whiplash trails. It has a very strange opalescent glass polished base - which I have also photographed for you.
A great weight for your collection. I would welcome any more information on this one if any specialist weight collectors know any more about it.
I have listed it simply as a fine-quality decorative vintage weight - and priced it on its attractiveness and the skill required to make it.
It will cost £4.95 to post to you in the UK with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This will be applied to your order at the checkout.
