This is a vintage powder compact for pressed face powders. It can also be used with loose powder as it has its original powder sifter mesh in the base section.
It dates to the late 1950s or early 1960s.
It has never been used and it is still in its original box.
It is in a like-new condition - so no hygiene issues with it.
The main body of the compact is a gold-tone - with a transfer printed image of a Spanish lady dancing a flamenco. She wears a red flouncy dress.
The mirror inside the lid is clean and without marks or spots on the surface.
The diameter is 7 cm (2 3/4 inches).
I have taken lots of images for your inspection.
My asking price reflects its age and its exceptional condition.
There is no maker's mark on the box or compact - but it looks similar to Mascot or Melissa ones.
UK postage will be £4.95 and applied at check-out. I have a number of vintage powder compacts in my online shop. Multiple purchases will be capped at £4.95 in postage to you .
