This is a stylish vase made in West Germany in the 1960s.
It was made by Dumler and Breiden. After 1980 pieces were annotated as such - but before this date, you would often just see a D&B symbol. Often, no symbols or marker's mark were used and the only marks on the vase would be a form or model number (here 1310) and below the height - ie 20 cm
The is a rarer shape and a very stylish example - it has a mottled egg-shell finish cafe-creme coloured glaze which is decorated with an abstract pattern of glassy raised trail lines - in blue, yellow and white.
The interior is a matt white glaze.
A more unusual shape and decoration. The vase is 20 cm in height.
Unpacked it is 400 grams.
I have another similar in my store with the same cafe-creme coloured glaze and trail lines - but of a smaller amorphic form.
