This is a lovely vintage 1970s Scottish paperweight. It is made by Perthshire / Strathearn Paperweights.
It does not have a P cane - but not all early Perthshire weights did always have a letter cane in them. They had no P canes before 1978.
This is a pretty weight - the pale pastel colours are just so pretty. They colour combination is a bit more unusual. It is just under 1 3/4 inches in height and with a diameter at the widest point of about 2 1/2 inches.
The ground is a pale ice blue colour with a central pontil mark on the base (as photographed). It has eleven short-length tutti-frutti spokes with latticinio twists in lilac and pink. The weight has a central cane which is a sugar pink and white. There are two rings forming a rosette -- first ring is peppermint and lime green and a second ring is pale pink and rose. There are between the spokes are millefiori canes of lilac, pink and green.
It is in good vintage condition with no damage. This beautiful weight looks even nicer in "real life" than in my photographs.
