This is a simple little vintage 1980s Caithness Glass paperweight - it was made for the Edinburgh Crystal company.
The weight consists of concentric rings of millefiori canes - these look more like Murano weights (to me) rather than Scottish ones. The base is clear - and it appears that all the canes are floating in the middle of the weight.
It has a diameter of 2 1/2 inches and a height of 2 inches.
