This is a fine large vintage Murano paperweight.
It has a double overlay of white and cerise pink glass. The weight has which has five viewing windows or facets. There is another viewing facet on the top. Inside the weight - the centre has a large millefiori floating mushroom shape. This is made of five concentric circles of pale blue, sugar pink and white canes - with a small white rosette in the centre. The base of the weight has been polished and then engraved with a decorative criss-cross pattern, as photographed.
This is certainly is fine large Murano double overlay paperweight. It is in excellent condition with no chips or scratches.
Dimensions: The diameter is 3 1/4 inches. The height is 2 1/4 inches. The weight unpacked is 650 grams.
