On offer are these three piece of vintage Norwegian pewter.
The pattern is called Heilag Olav and features images of Viking warriors and Viking ships.
These pewter pieces are from Hardanger Sylvplett, a famous Norwegian manufacturer of utensils since 1958. The spoon and forks are from the Konge Tinn or Royal Pewter series.
The handle of each piece is very detailed and shows The Battle of Stiklestad, one of the most famous battles in the history of Norway. In this battle King Olav Haraldsson was killed. The top panel shows King Olav with his bow and arrow. The middle panel shows three of his Viking warriors and the bottom panel shows Olav on his Viking ship.
On offer there we have two pickle or olive forks and a little matching spoon. These designs are now discontinued and prices are starting to rise.
I am listing the harder to find pickle forks at £15 each and the spoon at £10. Each piece is in good vintage condition with no damages.
The pickle forks are 6 1/2 inches in length and the spoon is 5 1/2 inches.
Recorded post in the UK will be with the Royal Mail - and this will cost £3.75 and applied to your order at the checkout.
