I love this quirky vintage Norwegian pendant.
It is made of pewter and has fine detailing that you might expect in a more expensive material.
It is a large and dramatic piece - which would look great when worn with a beatnik-style black polo neck. It measures 7 cm long and 4 cm wide.
The front has images of little "stick men" - who are primitive Vikings types. There is a Viking ship right at the bottom. On the reverse is an inscription: Details from Norwegian Rock Carving about 300 Years Old. Made in Norway VIII.
The pendant has its original leather hanging thong. This is nice and clean and in good condition. The pendant is also nice and clean and in excellent vintage condition - it must date to around the 1960s. It is rare to find the pendant with its original retail box.
