This is a fabulous vintage Kosta Boda Decanter Flask or Bottle Vase designed by Anna Ehrner.
She was born in 1948 and first specialized in ceramics while studying at the National College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. She has worked with Kosta Boda since 1974, and also worked as a teacher at the College.
In 1979, she resumed her studies at the Pilchuck Glass School in Washington, where she later taught until 1995.
She is best known for her chunky glass bowls with swirls of colour through the glass. Her Atoll Votive bowl is one of Kosta Boda's most popular items.
This vibrant yellow bottle vase or decanter dates to 1994 - and comes from her Epoque Range of glasswares. It is a harder-to-find piece of 1990s Swedish glass and is fully signed by the artist on the base. It comes with its original cork and white metal stopper.
My price reflects its rarity.
The flask measures 20 cm in height.
It is in excellent vintage condition with no damages.
Sadly this will be limited to UK posting only.
