This "House Wife" one is was issued in March 1962. It is a monthly publication - with features on women's health and beauty, fashion and art, the house, etc. It was published between the 1940s & 1970s
It is paperback / softcover and measures 29.5 x 22 cm.
This one is in pretty fine vintage condition. They have lots of fascinating features and adverts inside - all very much the highest fashions of the time.
Early House Wife issues are now hard to find - and this is reflected in my price for each issue. Some issues are more sought after if there they have celebrity stories and features.
I have taken a number of random images inside the issues for your inspection. The cover is without damages and the spine is whole with no splitting - generally a good clean copy with no missing or torn pages. There are 134 pages.
Features include: 12 Pages of Cakes and Bakes, Make-Up Tips, Shopping Features, etc. There is certainly lots to read, and all the adverts were just fabulous!
